I am rejecting this response because: The information provided by said business is not true, they did not ask me if I had unemployment benefits for I received my 1099G on 1/5/printed it and submitted with my other paperwork, however, I can not prove it was given to them and misplaced, nor can they prove I did not give it to themIt was not in the folder he returned to me, but I never looked in it to see what was there and what wasn'tJust because it was not filed by them doesn't mean I did not give it to themThey were moving around and a lot of papers were out and could have easily been misplaced or droppedI was never told they would pay fees for anythingWhat he told me was they do not pay peoples taxes or penalties for their mistakes, which he can not prove it was my mistake, and vices a versaI just was not happy that they did get back to me when I called, they gave me the run around and basically said it was my problem, when I paid them to prepare my taxes, this would have come to them before me and I was never notified of any inquires or problems with my taxes until I received a bill with a payment date
