JTech Electrical Services

Henry, (J. Tech Electrical Services) always calls to see if we require any repair or electrical services. He called on December 20, 2018 to see if we needed anything. I asked him to replace some (5) of my shop lights with LED. He said he had one light and would install it the same day, and pick up the balance and return the same day and have them completed by 10am the next morning. He asked for funds up front to pay for the lights.He didn't come back that day, and said he had to wait while the supplier assembled the lights. He them promised that he would be at my shop by 7:30 the next morning, he never showed, up and he said he was still waiting for the lights. I got in touch with him again around 1pm, and he said he couldn't make it because he had to collect money and his customers were closing for the holidays. He then promised to come January 2, 2019 at 7:30am when my shop opened. Needless to say he still hasn't come, he gave me excuse after excuse that he was driving back from Halifax and is running late. This morning, January 4, 2019 he answered and said he would be there shortly, now he won't answer his phone. *** I went to this address and there want anyone there, when someone finally answered they said that there was no one by the name of Henry living there.

I have left 2 tig/plasma cutters to fix for J. Tech Electrical Services. When I picked them up Henry wanted cash only. Paid $655. I asked him to show me if they are in working order. He said they were in his pick up truck and were all tested. I brought the machines back to Hamilton. I did not have time to test the machines. After a few weeks I tested them and they did not work as before. One had an oc light like before and one did not turn on like before. It looks like the screws were not even taken out as there was dust on them from sitting for a few years at the shop. Henry phoned me on several occasions to come to my place and fix the machines but every time the time came he did not show up. At this point I would like to have my money back for service that was not done.
