This is unacceptable and they hardly did "everything in their power" to help me Their website is not clear nor were they when I ordered the band I still want to send the band back and get a refund I haven't even had it a month!

This is still unacceptable.  I will not accept less than half of the price of a ring I paid for a month ago.  Furthermore, I've already lost $2,500.00 on an engagement ring I no longer have.   The offer to give me a three hundred dollar discount on a new ring and essentially I would be paying almost double the price for another engagement ring is hardly saving me hundreds of dollars as they state.  I can see the way they've done business with me and while the one person was semi empathetic -  the other person basically said sorry for your luck and there's nothing we can do - I surely am in no hurry to waste more of my time and money dealing with this company in the future.  In all of the original emails, bills of sale, etc. I attached when I filed this complaint you can see all of this is true.  In addition, their website, as I have said is unclear on the front page about their return policy and just as a side note their website states the rings will be shipped in a high quality wooden gift jewelry box with a shiny finish.  Both rings I ordered came in black cardboard boxes.  Another misleading statement on their home webpage.
