Well...the story in not entirely true, yes *** did place and order with us several months ago and it was printed within 7-daysyes she did place a $orderhowever she didn't have the money for the order when the items were completed, she left the order with us for another week or
2....we then told her she could pick it up and "pay out" when she had the moneywe thought this was fair and the right this to do as she was just starting a clothing line for horse ridingon the day of pick she nearly passed out in our office and would not sign a re-payment agreement that we had because she was sickbut we still let her take the product being that we are fair and reasonable people*** loved the products in fact she raved about them on line and asked us to create an online store and we addressed some partnership opportunities.... We kicked around the idea of becoming partners when I quickly realized that I would be doing all the work and *** would just be collecting all the money and I wasn't getting anything in returnI decided against into getting into partnership with her during that time period of 2/months.....During that time *** had been paying here and there when she had some money. we discussed making new hat styles which was part of her initial order, but during the day period she couldn't commit to colors styles sizes all she kept saying was Hats with patches, to which we do not make We finally decided to end ties with *** and since she still owed us some money ( not much 100/bucks), and decided to cut our ties with herSince then she has called us times a day, threatened us with lawyers and demanded a refund of bucks that was never paid to us in the first place! I am a reasonable person and got out of selling products online (***) because of situations like this, yet I find myself here againI changed my entire business model to work with more pleasant people, fun projects and continue this as a successful side businessif I really felt she needed a refund I would give it to herbut she didn't pay so why should I refund her
