Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: First off, it was their policy that reqiured us to have the engine shipped to a business, they refused to ship it to a residential addressIt wasn't to save moneyI still want to know why they would have shipped such an expensive item without the proper informationThey were told when it was ordered that it was only a friend of my mothers not my best friend, he keeps trying to put so much emphasis on thisIf they would have told them who actually ordered it when they called then they would have known who it was supposed to belong to but they couldn't even tell her anything at allWe have an e-mail directly from [redacted] directly saying to get ahold of [redacted] when the core want ready so he himself authorized the core return dated October 14thThen he actually offered me a higher price for the core at a later date with a strange deduction and when I was confused that's when he reduced it to the $So he went back on the higher price that he had already quoted me twice before Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Hi, I actually recommended that [redacted] contact the Revdex.com last week about this unfortunate situation.  Her boyfriend ordered an engine bay in August I believe it was and to save  some cash he decided to have the engine shipped to his girl friend [redacted] friends business. We go the engine...

finshed and shipped to them. We called the business to let them know it was coming and no one answered. This is the only way wehad to communicate with the customer. We do not hear any thing for a couple`weeks when a lady fromut the business we sent the engine to calls us and ask us to come and get the engine out of there. We said we cant because it not ours. This is very Bizarre because [redacted] is best friends with the owner of the business but nobody knws about an engine that her boyfriend ordered. So  we just have to what and see what transpires , then about 2 weeks later out of the blue I receive and email asking if the engine has shipped.I reply yes it there. Then I receive another email about 2 weeks later from the same person asking abot an install  and this time there is a PHONE number on the email. So in a rude frustrating voice I left a voice mail saying who I am etc and It was not the nicest voice message but I was not happy with what was going on and thought for sure as bizarre as this whole thing was it was a scam of some sortm Well I apologize for my voice mail the next day and all is good and I am communicating w th the customer per email , then the customer call the shop for a core pick up without my knowledge. We have a 10 day period from when the customer receives the engine to ship heir old engine back. It had been over 2 months, well my guy made the mistake and we shipped it back. I tried to explain to both [redacted] and her boy friend there is a reason why we have a policy. Well apparently [redacted] did not agree with it and started emailing me sometimes 5 times in one day, I asked her to stop, she would not. I offered her $50 for the engine and she would not take it.  Then I told her she can come and get her engine then, she wont, she wants her $450 deposit back. Now you people out there reading this, what would you do ? Policies are in place for reason, if I let her get her way, which I wont, then I should let the next person get there way. I might have offered her more if it wasn't for your non stop emails . I have thought of calling the local authorities and pursueing harrasmant  charges believe it or not , its unbelievable. Thank you for reading my side of the story and have a safe and Happy Holiday, [redacted], Owner [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: First off, it was their policy that reqiured us to have the engine shipped to a business, they refused to ship it to a residential address. It wasn't to save money. I still want to know why they would have shipped such an expensive item without the proper information. They were told when it was ordered that it was only a friend of my mothers not my best friend, he keeps trying to put so much emphasis on this. If they would have told them who actually ordered it when they called then they would have known who it was supposed to belong to but they couldn't even tell her anything at all. We have an e-mail directly from [redacted] directly saying to get ahold of [redacted] when the core want ready so he himself authorized the core return dated October 14th. Then he actually offered me a higher price for the core at a later date with a strange deduction and when I was confused that's when he reduced it to the $50. So he went back on the higher price that he had already quoted me twice before.
Sincerely,
[redacted]
