The complaint by the customer is accurate. We had numerous issues with our supplier getting the product that they wanted in correctly. As of last week we returned product to vendor for a full refund. Last spoke with vendor yesterday 9-21 and stated a check would be mailed out this week on 9-23. Once... we receive the check we will hand deliver full refund to the customer. Will post on site once full refund has been given to customer.Thanks
The check is supposed to be delivered to us today by owner. We will not accept any response this time, until check has been delivered.
I will state that we will expect the refund check delivered to us no later than 9/30/2015. It has been well over six months, and feel our refund should not be dependent on his obtaining a refund first.
