You made a complaint that somehow you believed that there was a breach in contract. You are not currently in a contract with JTR Automotive Group. Please feel free to contact your finance company. The above-referenced vehicle was damaged while in your possession. You had the vehicle towed to JTR Automotive Group under false pretenses. You claimed that the vehicle was inoperable and that you also believed that it was some kind of pre-existing repair. However, upon further inspection, it was noted that the vehicle damage was a result of operation error, i.e., speed bump, pothole, or curbside damage. In conclusion, there was no damage to the axle. The vehicle has been ready for pick-up for several weeks. If the vehicle continues to not be picked, you will begin to incur storage fees within 10 days from the above date.If you have any additional questions, please feel free to contact me at the provided address or telephone numbers.Respectfully,Jerry M [redacted] , General Manager

[redacted], customer came to JTR Automotive Group with her male companion. They selected a 2007 [redacted].JTR Automotive Group does not have warranties implied or expressed. However, it is our practice to repair a vehicle if a major powertrain issue arises. [redacted], is an out-of-state customer therefore JTR Automotive Group had no obligation to repair her vehicle. However, all of our vehicles are taken through D.C. Emissions and MD State inspection. (Please see attached exhibits 1, 2, and 8)The DMV inspection indicated that the vehicle catalytic Converter had passed prior to the customer purchasing the vehicle. The Maryland State inspection stated that the vehicle needed brakes and rotors. JTR Automotive Group paid for both to be repaired even though [redacted] is an out-of-state customer... JTR Automotive Group also replaced a cracked windshield. The customer later complained that she heard knocking under the vehicle and the check engine light had come on. She was advised to bring the vehicle back to JTR Automotive Group. She did, the check engine light was on and the employee from JTR Automotive Group tightened the gas cap, which caused the check engine light to go out. The vehicle was latertaken to Orlando Auto Repair and he suggested to replace the engine because the engine may only last six months. JTR Automotive Group voluntarily purchased the engine and paid for the labor. (Please see attached Exhibits 3,4,6,9,7, and 11)The customer complained of the alternator. JTR Automotive Group also repaired the alternator. (Please see attached exhibits 13 and 5) JTR Automotive Group uses an independent auto repair service station to repair all vehicles. We receive a dealer's discount from the parts store. JTR Automotive Group does not give any paperwork containing our bank account or credit card numbers to Customers. After stating the facts regarding the repairs, JTR Automotive Group rejects [redacted]'s claim.
