Joseph responded quickly and was easy to work with. Our main issue was a quick fix, but he still gave us some good advice on other parts of the setup. I would recommend.

I have been searching for an electrician for sometime. Then I bought a light and fan at Home Depot and they gave me the number for JTR Electrical in Albuquerque and Santa fe. I called them and they gave me an estimate for installation. The electrician (licensed) was prompt and quick. Then we realized that the light was not part of the deal and we had to have him take it down. He did not charge for taking it down. I am in the process of buying a new light and fan which they will install. This is a wonderful company that you can TRUST. I highly recommend them for any electrical problem. Joe showed up at the appointed time, got right to work, and didn't complain when my install proved to be more complicated than expected. I had solid wood behind a wall, instead of just expected drywall, so putting in a new ceiling fan with wall controls turned out to be way more labor intensive. Joe honored his original quote and finished the installation. He is coming back to tomorrow to do more work that I asked him about while he was here. I'm very pleased with his service. He was professional, polite, hard-working, and he didn't wince about my barking dog. Stop looking for vendors now, go with Joe.

We have had JTR complete many electrical projects on our homes for several years now. From installing ceiling fans, recessed lights, updating electrical outlets, a built in microwave, and a Ring security flood light & camera. He also did a handful of exterior outlet projects for a patio water feature, fish pond pump outlet, electric smoker, patio outdoor TV connections, and garden lighting. When we in the process of selling our house, he helped with us with repairing a GFCI that was not responding to the inspectors test. JTR Electical were supposed to come and put me some security cameras, after the third time of them changing the order of cameras Joseph came and ran my credit card for half the bill of $4000 so he put $2050.66 on my credit card and he then changed the order again so I canceled the total job and asked for a refund of $2050.66 and he was supposed to sent me a cashiers check but has been giving me the run around and doesn’t answer my calls and I have also spoken to his employee Greg who also promises to bring the check but hasn’t we have been back and forth with them and still no refund or credit to my credit card. We canceled on the same day he put the charge through which was June 14th which is almost 3 weeks.
From here what is the next process I have to take?
