Review: Hi,Id like to make a complaint concerning a business called JTs Automotive Repair (now located at 1028 Donlon Ave. Oxnard, CA 93030 ###-###-####, whom I turned my vehicle over to them in November 2012 to be repaired. Owner/Mechanic (Jose Pepe Palacio) dropped a piece of metal in the engine and kept the vehicle for many months saying that he would replace the engine, but never did. My inoperative vehicle is currently sitting in front of my house at 2024 Jose Ave. Camarillo, CA 93010 , because they got mad at me for continually asking the status of my vehicle, and telling them that I probably need to take legal action if they dont let me know something of when I will be getting my vehicle back. JTs Automotive had my van towed back to my house on September 3, 2013, without them fixing anything. It is actually in much worse condition now than I have ever seen it before. It doesnt start at all now. When the tow truck Driver returned the van, I started it, but heard a clicking noise that I could never find out where it was coming from. I assume that ran the battery down over night because the next day, the battery was dead. I have all the text messages between JTs Automotive and me, and I still have their voice phone call messages on my phone. I started keeping everything recorded once too much time had lapsed, as I did not want to speak directly on the phone with them, so I would have a record of what they said, and they wouldnt be able to deny anything. I am sending complaints to Automotive Service Excellence (ASE), Revdex.com (Revdex.com), and the Bureau of Automotive Repair (BAR), my insurance company (AIS), and a copy to myself.I would like to see if this matter can be resolved through any of these complaint organizations, and if not, I will take the matter forward on a legal aspect. There is plenty of evidence that JTs Automotive is at fault, so I see no problem in winning a case in court against them, but too much of my time has been wasted already, without the use of my van. I feel at this point, I almost need to donate the van to one of the vehicle donation organizations, and purchase another one to get on with my business of Designs by Lowell, which has suffered greatly (not being able to haul clothes to various locations for potential fashion shows and festivals).
