Review: we hired JTS construction( terry schwietz) to build a sun room at our house, gave him $9500.00 down payment, he did not start the work, told us on September 12th that he would be unable to build our sunroom because of illness, and he would return our down payment, we have not heard for him since sept. 12th,one month ago. we sent a registered letter to his address on sept. 26th and over 20 phone calls with no response.Desired Settlement: we just want our down payment back!!
