Review: The company was hired to replace my old siding, soffit and fascia; a job that ended up taking weeks longer than estimated with many bumps along the wayOver a month ago I noticed another piece of fascia was coming offAbout a week or two prior to this, a piece of fascia came off from the front of my houseThat repair was taken care of however this most recent one has not and it has gone from just being loose to completely falling offI sent photos to [redacted] via email asking for this to be repaired and I also asked that all the fascia around my house to be looked at and secured since I did not want to continue to have pieces falling offI followed up with a text as well[redacted] replied to my text with a date when someone would come to inspect the areaOn that day (Aug 12th) I got a text stating that due to weather it would not be done but they would try again the next dayThe next day no one cameI sent a text asking why but got no responseThe following day I sent another text asking if someone would be comingAgain, I got no responseA couple days later on Aug 15th I sent an e-mail asking what was going on with my repairsI also express my frustration in not having heard anything and mentioned yet another concern I was having[redacted]'s reply was pretty rude which, was often the case when he took the time to replyHe expressed frustration with me for being upset about wanting my repairs to be doneHe felt I was making a big deal out of this and that this was not an emergencyHe told me about only having the worker who was to do my repairs on a part-time basis and having loss a couple of work days due to rainI replied back kindly reminding him that this was not the first thing that has needed repair and therefore I was not making a big deal out of thisI explained how frustrating it was for me to have my fascia replaced and not even a month later be dealing with the exact same issue I had with my old fasciaI also reminded him that I was the customer and was not to blame for what was happeningI waited for over a week and heard nothingI sent another e-mail on Aug 25th stating that I had not heard anything about my repairsHe replied and arranged for the worker to come on Wednesday (Aug 27th)Aug 27th came and went and no repairs were done and I received no communicationOn Aug 31st I sent another e-mail asking how long this was going to go on and that the customer should not have to work so hardI received no responseFinally on September 7th I received an e-mail from [redacted] letting me know that the part time worker was finally caught up (which lead me to believe that my repairs were low on the priority list) and he can finally get to my repairsHe asked for me to send him information on what exactly needed to be doneI did not see his e-mail until the late afternoon just before leaving work of the day the worker was suppose to comeThat day/evening no one cameI sent an e-mail the following day asking what happened and he said he was waiting for me to tell him what needed to be done even though I had already sent a photo and explained in an e-mail and text a month ago what needed to happenI resent the photo and included another one since the piece of fascia had now completely fallen offIt was now scheduled for Wednesday, Sept 10thIt rained so it was rescheduled for Thursday, Sept 11thA ladder and the equipment to bend the aluminum were dropped off in my yard for the repair to be done that Thursday late afternoon/early eveningNeedless to say the repair was not completed and early the next morning the equipment for bending the aluminum was picked upI sent a text message the next day, Sept 12th stating that no one came to work on my houseAs of today Sept 15, I have heard nothing
I may have given more information than necessary but I felt that if I was going to submit this complaint I needed to provide a context for itI had many struggles throughout the project all of which are not included here[redacted] does not seem to put the customer first, at least not when the customer has a complaint or concernI am certain [redacted] will have some not so good things to say about me after this but I just cannot be concerned with that
It's unfortunate that I have not been able to rely on this getting done in a timely fashion as there are a few other things I have noticed which I only mentioned recently in an e-mail (admittedly in a sarcastic way) that probably should be repairedI fear making any additional request seeing how long this has taken.Desired Settlement: I want [redacted] to stop putting my repairs on hold and to get the job doneYes there has been bad weather a few days but there were days when the repair was scheduled and weather was not an issue yet no one showed up

Sir/Madam,all repairs have been completed as of Wednesday 9/24/Our original repair date last Thursday completed the items listed by Mrs[redacted] in this specific complaint, but she also noted another item during our appointment which we scheduled for this weekI was personally out at the job site this morning to verify all items (at least as far what she requested/noted to-date) are complete to my satisfactionOf course, she has the final say as the homeowner in this regardI look forward to resolving this matter, which at this point is simply confirming what we have stated/completed with Mrs[redacted]In spite of her trepidation regarding contacting myself, or JTS Roofing, I was happy to serve Mrs[redacted], and have no issues whatsoever in warranting and servicing her home should the need arise under our warranty termsSincerely,[redacted]###-###-####[redacted]

We had an excellent experience with JTS! They kept their appointments and the personnel was professional and courteous. [redacted] is very knowledgable and easy to work with.

Review: Agreement dated 8/13/2013 for tear off roof w/permit pulled. Worked completed on 8/15/2013. On 8/20 the Bldg. Inspector for village of WFB left a note stating roof did not pass, as it did not have proper ventilation up to State of Wisconsin code. That same afternoon I presented this to the salesman, [redacted], who with me present, called [redacted], of JTS Roofing, to inform him of the situation. Since then I have had at least 4 conversations with [redacted] and numerous ones with [redacted], Along with no contact or response for a week or more at a time from each. On September 20th, [redacted] called me to say it would be don the next week. I was not home most of that week as my husband had a Day Surgery, that turned into a four day stay and 2 surgeries in 12 hour. The following week I tried calling getting no response, I had WFB Inspector come over again, to be sure it had not been done. I still did not pass, I started to call, to no avail. Last week, I decided to try calling, on Thursday I stated that if I did receive a call from [redacted] to set a date by Monday (today) I would take further action. I tried 4 times since then and left firm but polite msgs. This morning one on the # I had for him and another the the # listed on your sight. He was paid in full the day before any work was done. I have talked with the insurance Company that maybe half payment before completion would be in everyone best interest in future dealings with this company.Desired Settlement: This be done promptly, which is not in 30 to 35 days, as stated in your information. I have already been patient for 75 days and Winter is approaching!! I do not want this to be done and then find out much later that the delay has caused any issue with the new roof.

I have been in contact with Mrs. [redacted] this morning, and we agreed to schedule out installation of (2) gable vents on her home. While this is not the solution I believe is proper, she is stuck between my opinion and the local building inspector, and I do not want her to be in non-compliance in [redacted]. She agreed to contact the Revdex.com after the repairs are completed to withdraw her complaint.
