My name is [redacted], I am from Ecuador. And in my country appeared Juding that is a company from the United State where I can invest our money and after 200 days the enterprise has to pay us our money and also an extra gain.

For receive our money in checks the enterprise asked us to send the W-8 Ben form with the information; I did it on may but Judign until now had not sent any check.

Judging rarely has been changed their web address, numbers of contact and the e-mails for their employees. I sent some e-mails to this address [email protected] and Juding sent me some answers. Then the e-mail changed to [email protected], also I sent one e-mail but some weeks ago the e-mails are rejected, and the server send e-mails indicating that the e-mail address is incorrect.

Juding no longer receive our emails, they do not answer anything, they not say anything about our money, neither about the alleged investments. I believe this company has scammed many people in Ecuador, Peru, Colombia, because I have contacted people from other countries and they have not received their checks or response from the company.

In Ecuador no longer know how to contact the company, do not know what will happen to our money, We think this is a scam again, as what happened with Telexfree case.

Please help us to know if the company is false if this is a scam or what actually happens with Juding

Review: On the 02/20/2014 I gave a Mr [redacted] a representative of Ju ding a total of $15,575 CASH, for the purchase of 7 units with the company Ju ding at a cost of $2225.0 each, I was told I would receive a commission of $20 per day for a total of 200 days.

Mr [redacted] address is 6153 Kester Ave , van nuys Ca 91411 where he ran a Auto repair shop.

Since this time I have made 5-6 withdrawals from Ju dings website where my account was set up and have never received a cent, I have made several phone calls to Ju ding and Mr Shin and am told the checks will be forthcoming but this has never happened.

In the last 3 weeks I have not been able to contact Ju Ding because they do not answer calls anymore, Mr shin also does not answer the phone.Desired Settlement: A full refund of my money $15,575.00

The purpose of this letter is to bring to the attention of the Attorney General’s office what we believe is a “Ponzi Scam” that is being perpetrated on the citizens of California by an investment scheme known as “Ju Ding”. This firm is based out of La Brea, California, [redacted] – ###-###-####) with its main offices located in China. They seek investors to invest funds in what is supposed to be for the purpose of research being done at UCLA on a revolutionary fabric called “Graphene”. We were first introduced to the company by James Sia, (###-###-####, this person is the main source of information for the company to us), he sat down with us at the kitchen table of our friends home explained to us how we could get in on a ground level investment opportunity for the research being done on this product that would revolutionize the water purification industry and the zinc air battery industry in the world. He told us all that our investments would place us in a preferred unique position when the firm made is its Initial Public Offering (IPO), a ground floor opportunity only a select group of people would have the opportunity to become involved in. You can see the presentation we referred to on the internet on YOU TUBE – Ju Ding English version presentation. We were told that cash investors would receive priority treatment and would have the first opportunities to purchase the shares or units. People who paid ½ cash would receive second priority and investors who bought in with “points” would receive third preference. We invested an initial amount of $ 33,750.00 and a couple of our friends that introduced us to this opportunity invested $ 62,500.00. These investments were entered into in December 2013, January 2014 and February of 2014.
