To Whom It May Concern:Please find attached a copy of both the signed rental contract and the damage deposit refund letter[redacted] and family rented not just the Lodge for July 31, 2015, they also rented the entire property so the only guests utilizing our facility from July - August were members of their party.The screen door to the kitchen was not broken before they arrived and it was when they left On Sunday morning, when I went to inspect the kitchen, I found the screen door screen broken through and I asked myassistant manager if she had noticed this the day before when she did the walk through with [redacted] Aunt She reported she had not checked the screen door [redacted] showed up later Sunday afternoon to retrieve the Bose machine her relative had left behind and I mentioned to her at that time about the screen door.Three days later I received an email Hi Missy, I wanted to check back in regardingthe damage depositI spoke with my aunt and she said there wasno mention of a damaged screen door during her walk through with your colleagueShe said your colleague told her we actually left the place more tidy than is even requiredShe also confirmed that we did not use that door as we set up our event on the other side of the building that is more protected by the windMy aunt was given your rules regarding the space rental and was very vigilant to make sure everything was done propertyI hope that syncs up with were you are and we will be receiving our full deposit back? Missy in her reply that her colleague failed to check the doorThat is the fault of the staff not usBecause this was not brought up dieting the walk through we should not have been chargedWe do no believe the door was ever used or broken by our guestsIf the policy was to do a walk through an identify any issues and nothing came up we should not be chargedFurthermore I spoke with another guest who was staying there and remembers seeing that door intactI still feel that I should receive a full refund.Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Sincerely, [redacted]

Missy in her reply that her colleague failed to check the door. That is the fault of the staff not us. Because this was not brought up dieting the walk through we should not have been charged.
