I would like to apologize for any misunderstandings regarding the work that was recently done on your vehicle. When you came to...

get your vehicle checked on 09/24/2015, your vehicle was overheating and at the brink of breaking down. It was explained to you that when someone waits too long to take their vehicle in for service when having these issues, you run the risk of having additional parts in your car damaged due to the vehicle constantly overheating and lack of proper maintenance. You were told the vehicle needed a new fan which I ordered and took 1 business day to arrive at my shop. The vehicle's fan was replaced with a new fan, for which I have the receipt in the amount of $80 available for your review, and the vehicle was picked up by you on 09/25/2015 when the work was completed.
On 10/30/2015, you brought your vehicle back to me because once again your car was overheating and there was smoke coming out from the hood. The diagnostic run on your vehicle indicated there was head gasket failure. Again, I explained to you that lack of proper maintenance can damage the parts of a vehicle. I then proceeded to fix your vehicle upon your approval, by replacing the head gasket, which took one week. As a courtesy to you and because I have known your family for many years, I even lent you a vehicle with no additional cost. You paid me for the parts and labor of replacing the head gasket and not once have you called me since you took your vehicle to let me know of your dissatisfaction with the services you were provided.
You have my contact information as well as my business address where you are more than welcome to come by Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm or Saturday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm to resolve this issue.
