Attached is statement from customerAs you read, a few things change in his story which he also fails to mention HE cracked his phone and ALL our receipts have a disclaimer that is bold at the bottom of the slip stating we do NOT warranty physical or water damageCustomer got verbally abusive as
we tried to handle the situation as best we could die to physical damage and threatened to sue individual employees for denying warranty on damaged screen. attached is initial message from customer stating that part was cracked automatically voiding warranty:On June 22, at 1:50pm in the afternoon I dropped off my *** *** * for a cracked screen repairThis facility repaired itIt worked fine until mid day June 27,The phone stopped responding to my finger screen touchesI turned it off and restarted it same thingI turned it off again and opened up the back to hard reset by removing the batteryI then removed the battery and discovered some sort of liquid lubricantIt smelled like a cleaning solutionIt was all on the inside compartment of the phone and on the battery which it was not coming fromI immediately called Ji phone to tell them the problemI spoke to the rep, and he said I need to bring the phone back inI told him I could not today since they are kind of far awayI would bring it in the earliest I couldThe phone only works with the "s" penThe phone which was brought back to the store on July 1, at 4:40pmI spoke to *** over the phone prior to comingWhen I arrived, I asked to see the manager *** he was not thereA rep that I discussed the problem with after a debate about what they could and could not do gave me a problemWhen it could go no farther, He refused to give me the manager's last name and his first or last name at allThey are running a business and refusing to identify themselvesI asked him why I am talking to youHe replies I am not on the clock, but I am just helping out and that he was acting in chargeWhy are you involved with customers unofficially.Complaint Summary Company does not stand by their product.Resolution Sought I want this business to refund my money for putting a defective screen on my phone and for the damage it caused to my phone with whatever that cleaning solution they used on my phone to adhere the screenThere is also a tiny hairline crack at the bottom of the on the phone which it’s not noticeableI wish not to do any further business with this placeI am out $for this repairI go in for one problem and there is a problem with this screen

Please prove the drop off form image or number for this repair , any employees names you may have spoke with , we never would quote a 750 dollar repair on a phone you can purchase used on eBay for 120-150 dollars .  [redacted] dropped off non working device 11/22/2017 stating phone was...

not working and had NO touch. The repair that we attempted was a Lcd hoping it would fix the touch. The device did work for a few minutes and proceeded to have same issue with screen not having touch.Upon disassembling device again and testing several new display it was deamed as a non repairable device since there was no touch and was having display issues.At this point we determined it was a motherboard issue and couod not be fixed. Employee called and was given the news and wife was heard in background yelling “ we brought in perfectly working device”.When picked up [redacted] informed technician that he was planning on purchasing a new device and only was worried about his data inside the device. We gave him his options and suggested another business that specializes in data recovery since the device had no touch.Customer never payed any money as we don’t charge to diagnose devices. As far as Ji phone repair paying for the new device they had to purchase due to their non working device being not fixable is absurd. If you have any questions feel free to contact me.[redacted]General manager
