Several months have passed since we informed [redacted] that the roof he installed had problems. He came out originally and confirmed that you do not want these ripples in your roof that are there. We were informed to wait for the hot summer months to come and this should fix it and allow to adhere properly. At the start of the summer it was not working. We began to call again. He said he would need to bring a roller out to fix. He has not, but one one occasion tried to tell us he sent a guy several weeks earlier out to do it. Impossible. We have a dog that would not allow him access to the yard to even attempt it. We have tried to reach him by call, message, texts, calling from unknown numbers, having others call, etc to no avail. Recently got a response saying he would be out within the week to take care of. This has not happened. The weather is now cooler and it will probably not adhere anyway. We will soon be demanding a full refund as this entire job will have to be redone.
