? The customer informed us that the tire shop did not have their size and that is the last we heard of the customer, if they would have just told us they have tried calling the tire shop a few times and they did not have the size we would have resolve this situation by getting them tires elsewhere there was no need to go to the Revdex.com for this situation, bring the vehicle back to the dealership and we will get tires installed ? immediately, ? next time try calling the business that you purchased a vehicle from back before going to the Revdex.com for a small issue like this there was a misunderstanding which you should have let us know, I would understand if we told the customer we are not taking care of the tires but we said we will take care of the tires and that is the last we heard of the customer, ? The customer said they will be in touch with the tire shop and then because they did not have the tires in stock and did not get a hold of us to let us know if they write a report, please bring the vehicle in so we can get tires installed.?

This customer decided to use their own lender so of course they will have to do a little work to get the check from the lender they are using, we would totally understand if we went through the dealerships financing and made the customer do ? work to get the check which is not the case and also the customer is complaining about going on a test drive with the salesman and doing paperwork with a finance manager which is 100% and we do not see what the problem is with that, another thing is they're complaining about the car not being washed which is not true because the customer was supposed to come back the same day so we washed it that day and they did not end up coming until the next day which ? we then took the vehicle to the car wash for the customer as they were signing paperwork, another thing is the customer was complaining about the tires not being in the best shape so we put better tires on for the customer which the customer was happy about, everything the customer just complain about does not make a good argument whatsoever the customer left happy the customer Knew what options the vehicle had ? and when the customer left the customer seemed very happy with the purchase and never requested brand-new tires until we seen the complaint on here, we agreed to putting better tires on the vehicle which we did for the customer as they stated.?

I am rejecting this response because: I have made attempts to get the replacement tires, BUT the business they are trying to get them replaced with DID NOT have the size in stock, and seem to NOT have yet! I want replacement tires as soon as possible, NEW if necessary!! I will now make my complaint with the DMV!!!
