not goodI gave him an initial estimate of $and he took the car back because they did not have the money at that momentA month later he had the car towed to my shop and he asked me to do the main repairs to get the car runningThose repairs came to a total of $One of the repairs that we completed was the brakes for the safety of the customerThe charge for the brakes were 250.00, the second repair was the front motor mount to keep the engine from movingThis repair came out to $and the final repair just to keep the engine running was the fuel regulator because it was leaking gas and the air flow meter because engine had a misfireCustomer was charged for this repair $I don’t feel like its fair to return any money to the customer because we did the work he asked for and we provided new partsCustomer agreed to have this main work done, just to get his car runningHe was advised for other repairs he needed to get done to his carDay’s later customer called to say his car was cutting off and we told the customer to bring his car back so that we could check it againThe air flow meter was defective so we replaced it under warrantyThe customer mentioned about a remote starter, he said his remote starter was not working properly and I told the customer we don’t do those kind of repairs, he needed to take the car to an alarm specialistWe did not have to touch that part of the car for any repairs that we needed to get doneThe air flow meter and the fuel regular were new parts, not used partsWe have the purchase order invoices from where they were purchasedI don’t see the reason why the customer is complaining, I tried to work with him to give him good affordable pricesI was surprised when I received this letter; I am always fair to my customer’sThank you *** A ***

I went to Juan's one morningThat same evening I had my car backI will return for other repairs

My car's brakes were supposedly fixed, but it was the brake lines they admitted working onBringing car home from this repair backing into my yard the brakes failed, smashed into my house causing a lot of damage to house and car rear ruinedlSpent months in small claims court but only received back cost of repair and court costsState's Attorney office could not convince them to discuss prior to small claim actionI will never use Juan's again or refer others to them

*** *** I would be taking this matter to court I have a invoice and statement from a second shop stating use parts and affect parts was put on my car and I also have a phone conversation recorded by the business owner!

This company is very unprofessional you have to call the company in-order to find out if you car is ready for pick upI had my car towed to this car shop on 2/23/ from by my grandmother house, reason because my car wouldn't moveI then asked for the owner of the shop to test my car to see what's all needed to be done to repair the car, he replied okayHe called me back within two hours with a estimate of 2, I told him that I just wanted him to fix whatever is needed to be fixed to keep the car running and keep the service engine light from coming on his response okay you are now at a estimate of When I picked my car up from the shop I asked the owner of the shop so now that I have everything done that is needed to keep the car running the service light shouldn't come on he replied no it should come on I have now taking my car back to the shop times because my car keep stopping on me and the service engine light is still onThe second time me taking the c
