Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:It is not trueMy problems with Juan's Diesel Repair started on the first day I was there, he and his coworkers were drinking alcohol in the shop and even offered me a drinkI stayed because my truck would not start and I had no other option but to deal with their serviceI paid the full amount of $on Friday evening and Mr [redacted] stated that he would provide me with a receipt that has a one year warranty on labour and partsTwo hours after the payment I went to the shop and no one was there, I called Mr [redacted] and he said he is not there but his nephew is coming with the keyOnce his nephew got to the shop, he told me that he did not have a key to the shop or my truckThe only thing Mr [redacted] 's nephew did for me was help me find a hotel to stay atI started my truck with my extra key, I noticed the fan was not blowing any air (the fan was dead) and the battery was not charged, the battery was only day old and had less than ampmSo I called him again and told him about the fan and the battery and he said he is in [redacted] and can't help but to come to the shop tomorrow and his electrician will fix it.I arrived at the shop the next morning (saturday) at 10am, there was a mechanic and electrician presentThey fixed my fan but the battery was still unchargedThe employees said they did not know why the battery was uncharged and could not help meSo I asked them for the receipt and they called Mr [redacted] to ask for the receipt, they later told me the office was locked and they do not have a key so they could not do anything for me and leftRight after, I called Mr [redacted] again and he told me to text him my email address and fax number and he will send the receipt first thing in the morning on Monday.On Monday, I called him and told him I needed the receipt immediately, he said he will call back in two hours and hung upHe did not call back so I called him several times and left messages but he did not answer any of my calls or reply to my messagesOn Tuesday morning around 9am, I was having many problems with my truck so I called Mr [redacted] and told him about the issuesMr [redacted] then told me he will call back in two hours and hung upHe did not call back so I called him Tuesday evening and continued to call him throughout the week.Then I continued to call Mr [redacted] on Wednesday and Thursday, he answered the phone on Thursday and asked me to text him my fax number and email address and he will send the receipt with the warrantyI did that but Mr [redacted] failed to reply to any of my texts and calls after that.After all of this, I took my truck to [redacted] and they informed me that I had a wire connection problem and they fixed itIt cost me over $US.After going through these troubles, I want a full warranty from Mr [redacted] for parts and labour and I want to be reimbursed for the money I paid [redacted] to fix the problems that Juan's Diesel Repair causedI believe that Mr [redacted] is very irresponsible and the issues his shop caused me and my truck could have been very dangerous for other drivers and myself on the roadRegards, [redacted]

Hi, this is [redacted] . Yes, I did fix Mr. [redacted] truck. Actually, I was called by him to go perform a diagnostic because his truck wouldn't start. I told Mr. [redacted] that we would have to tow the truck to my shop to fix it there, since we were in another property. Two diffrent... mechanics had already performed labor on it. So the truck was dismantled when we brought it to my shop. (Batteries, harness, & fuel pump) were moved & worked on. Mr. [redacted] refused to wait til the following day for repair because he was pressured to pick up he's load that they were hurrying him because it was the weekend. So we did put a computer on the truck tht was programmed but since he ordered an electric guy that he called to my shop to disconnect the cables from d battery box to the computer, he voided warranty because he's alternator wasn't functioning correct, but he ordered to leave it like that since he would have it fix elsewhere. Now, I did start he's truck, & he did run 100's of miles before he encountered those problems. I will attach a copy of the invoice for the amount that he paid for the repairs. & it was $2,439.00.
