On 2/10/Juan G*** my husband and Juan signed an agreement for Juan to break up our old patio, hall it off and lay a new slab and redo two drains The price at that time was $2,and my husband gave him $1,downJuan said the job would take days and that he would do the job the next week or the week after if weather wasn't good On 2/20/17, my husband called Juan when we did not hear from him, he came out on 2/22/17, worked hours and broke up the old patio, leaving a huge pile of broken cement in our yard and a huge dirt area at our back doorWe did not hear from him, it rained several times, leaving mud and we were not able to walk out our back doorWhen Juan came out to break up the old patio, he talked my husband into giving him another $(because the pricing of cement was raising)I finally called Juan on 3/24/and asked him to either finish our job or refund us our money (less what he earned for breaking up the old patio) He did neither We finally
