JUAN'S TRANSMISSION HAMILTON RD COLUMBUS GA [redacted] cell [redacted] Revdex.com case # [redacted] - [redacted] brought her , chevy aveo IN AUGUST 2013, SHE WAS NOTIFIED HER CAR WAS READY AND HER TOTAL BILL WAS JUAN DID AGREE TO LET HER PAY HER BALANCE IN PAYMENTS,DUE TO HER FINANCIAL SITUATIONPLUS HE WORKED ON HER MOMS CAR BEFORE THERE WAS NO PROBLEM THEREREGULAR REBUILT MOTOR IS ONLY DAY WARRANTYAGAIN JUAN TRYING TO HELP HEROUT GAVE HER A MONTH WARRANTYHER TOTAL WAS $THE CAR SAT HERE AT SHOP FOR OVER MONTHSHER FIRST PAYMENT WAS ON 10-30-FOR BALANCE OF HER 2ND PAYMENT WAS MADE ON 12-5-FOR BALANCE OF 1000.00.3RD PAYMENT WAS MADE ON 01-6-FOR BALANCE OF LAST PAYMENT MADE ON 01-07-FOR JANURARY 7TH WAS A TUESDAY, JUAN TOLD HER TO DRIVE IT FOR A FEW DAYSHE TOLD HER TO BRING THE CAR BACK ON SATURDAY 01-11-HE WAS GANA RECHECK ALL OILS,WATER, ANTIFREEZE, ECTSHE CALLED AND TOLD HIM IT WAS RAINING SO SHE WAS NOT COMING ON 1-11-SHE CHOSE TO KEEP DRIVING CAR TO COLUMBUS AND PAST SEAL ALABAMASHE CALLS WEEKS LATER TELLING JUAN HER CAR IS SMOKINGJUAN TELLS HER TO BRING HIM THE CAR, WHEN SHE COMES HE CHECKS IT, IT NEEDED QUARTS OF OILTHATS WHY HE WANTED HER TO COME BACK, THE CAR HAD SIT FOR MONTHSTHE REPAIRS SHE PAID FOR HAD ALREADY BEEN DONE HE IN GOOD WILL TOLD HER HE WOULD FIX IT, HE OUT OF POCKET PURCHACED A MOTOR FOR ***S CARHE TOLD HER IT WOULD BE TUSDAY, SHE CALLED I TOLD HE WAS WORKING ON IT, HE WOULD HAVE IT READY ON FRIDAY LATE BUT CALL SATURDAY MORNING TO BE ON THE SAFE SIDE, BECAUSE HE ONLY HAS ONE HELPER AND THERE WERE LIKE CARS AHEAD OF HER BUT HE PUT HER FIRST IN LINESHE CALLED SATURDAY MORNING THEY HAD MOTOR IN I TOLD HER GIVE HIM ABOUT HOURS THEY HAVE TO RECONNECT WIRES AND HOSES SHE SAID OKSHE CALLS ME ABOUT OR I WAS OUT OF SHOP ,TOLD HER I WOULD CALL HER RIGHT BACK LET ME CHECK WITH JUAN MAKE SURE ITS READY BEFORE SHE HEADS OVER TO SHOPI CALLED JUAN HE SAID TELL HER IT WOULD BE MONDAY BE CAUSE SHE HAD A LEAK IN HER RADIATOR, SHE STARTED SAYING NO NO NO AND UPSET, SHE CAME TO SHOP AND TALKED TO JUANAGAIN OUT OF POCKET HE PURCHACED RADIATOR AND REPLACED HER RADIATORSHE CAME TO GET HER CAR JUAN TOLD HER BEFORE SHE LEFT SHE HAD A LEAK IN TRANSMISSIONSHE STATED SHE DIDNT CARE AND SHE TOOK HER CAR ELSEWHEREABOUT AN HOUR AND A HALF SHE RETURNS MAD AND STATING THAT THE BATTARY IN HER CAR WAS NOT HER BATTERY.JUAN TOLD HER THAT THAT WAS THE ONE SHE BROUGHT IN WITH HER CARHE AGAIN OUT OF POCKET GAVE [redacted] $TO GO PURCHACE HER A NEW BATTERY HE DID ALL THAT TO HELP HER BECAUSE SHE CAME TO THE SHOP AND STARTED USING FOWL LANGUAGE , POINTING HER FINGERS AND SCREAMING AT JUAN, WE HAD CUSTOMERS IN THE SHOP ALL HE DID WAS HELP HER AND SHE JUST KEEPS WANTING MOREBUT YOU CAN LET HER KNOW I PERSONALLY HAVE FILLED OUT A COMPLAINT AND I PERSONALY AM TAKING HER TO COURT, TO GET HIS AND 130,BACK FROM HERBECAUSE HE DIDNT HAVE TO HELP HER AT ALLSHE PAYED HIM IN MONTH PERIOD AND HE STILL DID HIS BEST TO KEEP HER HAPPY AND PLEASEDFEEL FREE TO CALL ME OR HIM WE ARE HERE TO HELPWE DO NOT DO BAD BUISNESS I CAN ASSURE YOU OR HE WOULDNT HAVE THE CUSTOMERS HE HASBUT I AM FILING A COMPLAINT AND FILING TO GET HIS MONEY BACK FROM HER, BECAUSE OF THE FACT SHE DID NOT APPRECIATE HIS HELP THANK YOU JUANS TRANSMISSION
