As a business owner it is my job to list my prices before a client agrees to a serviceAll of my services are listed online including my pricesThere is a reason that some of the services listed say and up that is to cover myself just in case someone comes in with more hair then the average person
and didn't disclose that prior to the service being doneThis was a referral from another client of mine and in the text messages I explained my prices and said that it depends on legnth of hair but it will start at and upI also said I only accept cash she said ok and then booked online
When I saw her hair it was very curly so I was unable to see the true legnth but halfway through it I stopped and explained that it will be alot more because of the legnth of her hairHer response was I understand I didn't know that my hair was so longShe also said that it's ok I will just run to the atm to get more cash for youI understand I have alot of hairWhen I was done I quoted her the price she responded no problem I'll be right back with your cashWhen she returned I gave her a free bottle of shampoo and conditioner that values $she said she was pleased with my work and left
Because of her service alone I used my whole bottle of treatment on her hair aloneAnd it took me longer due to her hair legnthI don't give refunds unless it was something that I did wrong with the hairBut in this case she loves her hairI am willing to take 1/off another service for her
