Jubilee Dance Floors

Review: I placed an order on May 18, 2016 and was charged the full amount on my credit card on May 19, 2016. The website stated at the time of the order to expect up to four weeks for delivery.

On June 13, 2016, I emailed and called customer service to check the status of my order. I got no answer.

Beginning June 14, 2016, the company website states: "Jubilee Dance Floor will not be processing any orders placed that were not already filled or accept any new orders until further notice. We apologize for any inconvenience. Thank You"

I emailed and called customer service numerous times during the business day on June 14 and 15. No one answers the phone or responds to emails.

My credit card has not been reimbursed and the product has not been received.

It is not clear to me, given the message on the website, when or if my order will be filled.Desired Settlement: I would like the product. If there is a delay or if the order will not be filled, I want a full refund immediately.

Review: Our non-profit group recently purchased flooring from this company for Irish dancing. Overall, our experience with this company has been disappointing and unsatisfactory. Now, after returning the product because we were promised a full refund of $2400, we are being ignored. No refund has been provided and this company has kept our payment, as well as the product.

We ordered the floor on December 9, 2015. We were told it would arrive in up to 4 weeks. We were provided no tracking number. When our package did not arrive in January, we began to inquire with the company. Despite a number of emails and phone messages, our inquiries went unanswered. We did not hear anything from this company until February 24, 2016. The only apparent reason that we heard from them at this time was that we had begun the process with the credit card company to charge back our payment as we had not received our product that was paid for in full. Once the company was notified of our intention to take back our money back, it was only then that we heard from them. Our floor was finally shipped on February 29, 2016, which was almost 3 months after we first ordered and paid for the product.

We received our floor on March 8. When we first opened the boxes, it was apparent that the colours on the website were not accurately represented by their pictures. Despite the horrible customer service we had received thus far, we were prepared to overlook all of the above as we were excited about the use of the floor. We were again met with disappointment. The one and only time the floor was used by our dancers, it would not stay together as advertised. Despite being used on an approved floor, the pieces came apart and caused a hazard to our dancers. Also, the sound produced by the floor is not acceptable nor what was anticipated. We were promised a full refund by email if we returned the shipment. We did. Our tracking number says it was received on April 20th. We have received no refund. Our inquiries have been unanswered.Desired Settlement: We would like the refund as promised in the email, and as guaranteed on the company website. This was a significant amount of money for our non-profit group to lose, and we fundraised for quite some time to raise these funds.
