Again as you can see the reply is very vague; when somebody quotes a project for material and labor it is what we pay and the profit margin or whatever they are talking about should be already in the price quoted. We have specifically asked JUCO LLC for a full paper trail of all expenses incurred and also details on the profit margin they would like to applyIt has been two weeks we have been waiting for this informationWhilst there has been some communication we still have not received this full paper trail which was requested in order to negotiate. Please see the chain of recent e-mail communication on this matter as attachedEven after several e-mails and call they have not come up with what they have spent along with the receipt. We want them to produce all the work done with receipt; also they say they will refund but it has been months and nothing has been refunded. I would appreciate if this can be resolved at the earliest, and thank you Revdex.com for your help

First of all there was NO AGREEMENT IN WRITING but I did state I would take down the review AFTER I got my money back After talking to thumbtack and attempting to do this, they stated that since the owner had already responded to my review it was not going to be possible to do thisTherefore, I was going to take this matter much further higher into the upper adminstration (and I talked to Tom at thumbtack which you can check), but this JUNO already completely withdrew their company from thumbtack two days after my review!!! So how was I suppose to take a review off that did not exist anymore? And the owner, Jimmie stated he would give me my money back every time we texted but sadly he had NO INTENTION of giving me my money backA week later I get a message from Jimmie about taking the message off Thumbtack? I stated that you took your business off Thumbtack so how am I suppose to do that?? He says he will send me my money againA week later I send him another text stating that I plan to notify Revdex.com if I don't get my money back and again he says he will send me my money back...I waited one week and that is when I notified Revdex.com. After this supposed auto accident that occurred the night before my painting job, they did send me an email that I DID NOT receive but they failed to call me I called and I had tried twenty times or more before that review was made and it had been two days Two days later, I finally had a friend I knew call posing as a customer and guess what....he was called back immediately!!! But no called to me letting me know what happened or apologizing for not showing up for the job until I leave the review!! The sad fact is they took my money and had no intention of giving it back I WILL be more than HAPPY to talk to your "company attorney" and get an attorney of my own if you want to play this game Also I plan to call *** *** to let them know about your business as well!

We have frayed on a number of times to work out the numbers with this clientWe never refused to refund amount owedThe problem was , they said we didn't deserve a profit margin They only wanted to pay money spent To our employees and supplies There was work performed Work was done to the
porch , and also to the soffit Around the entire house there were many trips taken to and from the house Which was three hours away In Marion indiana And we are located in columbus OhioTo say our company did not deserve to be paid for time and hours spent on their projectTo me and our company was very unjust grass was being cut was part of the property clean up Our profit margin normally comes after the project We asked for money spent , at that time it was not spoke of the being soldIs why we did not include our profit margin along with the quote There was been several red flag during thee processBy them going back on several things mention They wanted to cut our quote based on them moving forward In another direction. We feel we must be paid for time spent , labor , and time for travel back and forth out of town To do a number of jobs preformed.wherher the contract was terminated or not

Mrs*** was properly informed of the delay and rescheduling of the painting project in ample amount of timeAfter the situation was discussed with Mrs*** she and I were in agreeance on how the the deposit would be returnedExactly hours after speaking with Mrs*** she went on the web
site of the company as well as the web site that we use for scheduling new clients, and slandered the name of the companyShe went to these sites and put out accusations along with telling lie after lie about the companyMrs*** was contacted after the information was posted online and she agreed to remove the misleading information and when the process was complete her deposit would be returned via mailAll of this was explained to Mrs*** and she was in total aggreeance with all of thisweek later Mrs*** was contacted again (because the misleading information was still posted online) to find out why the information had not been taken down and Mrs*** says that she was not taking it down until her deposit was returned firstI explained to Mrs*** that there was an agreement made between the two of us on how the process would proceed in regards to returning the moneyShe explained that she does not care about the agreement and just wants her moneyAs of now the situation has been placed in the hands of the company attorney and will be further handled by him
