Review: On September,** 2014, I placed an order through [redacted] for a Menorah (item I.D. #ch-p1152) priced at $58.80, and Hanukkah Candles priced at $4.80, plus express delivery charges of $19.80. Bringing my total to $83.50. Exactly two days later, I received an email from the company stating "unfortunately the Menorah will be available only in about 2-3 weeks." I wasn't exactly sure what that meant considering I paid an additional $10 for express delivery service. I called the merchant after reading the email and the merchant explained it was due to the upcoming holidays. I then replied that was fine, however I would like to receive a full refund from the company and would buy my product elsewhere because the checkout information did not give me this alert before I proceeded with my purchase nor did the conformation email of my products provide me this information. The merchant informed me that it would take 14 days, depending on my bank, to receive the monies back. I just agreed that it was fine. I called the merchant back on October, [redacted] 2014 explaining that it has been passed 14 days and I have yet to receive my monies back for the product that I was charged for. I was informed that perhaps her employee forgot to put the request in through their system and that once again it will take an additional 14 days to receive back my monies. This is an issue because I have yet to receive a refund back and it seems ridiculous and absurd that it would take this long.Desired Settlement: I would like my my $83.50 refunded back for a product I never received and no longer wanted due to misleading information provided by the company.
