OrderThe work we did *** agreed with, and paid and we have all the emails confirming Rehmans agreement*** complained to the Office of Attorney Regulation for the Colorado Supreme Court and that organization in a (3) page letter rejected his complaintHis request for a refund is baseless, the work was completed and *** used all my work to prevail in his case wherehe was counter suedI turned down *** several times and explained the costs to defenda his X girfreinds suit againts him for her attorney fee's would be more expensive and *** did not and was not concerned which we have evidence of those statementsHe volutarily reviewed all the statrements and paidNow AFTER I fired *** because he was engaged in unprofessional behavior and my relationship with him became unproductive I fired ***I will not refund any money in Rehmans case because told him the costs to defend his case would be expensive and he understood thatHe won his caseAnd after he was fired, he has stalked me and degraded me; by text, by email, by public websites, and stalked employeesRehmans behavior is an on-going threat to my safety and he stated to me he won't rest despite *** received all the work and more from , and he prevailed, and he knew it would be costly to defendI alsi performed a number of items at NO CHARGE for him*** is not being truthful in any of his ongoing harassment and allegations that are predatory and threatening in addition to factually flawed*** is a person who constantly caused trouble and complains about other lawyers as he did t other lawyers and even the Judge and was NOT sucessful because folks see through his chronic mistruths

Mr *** has clearly resorted to defamation and pathological lying here
Firstly-'Stalking': The ONLY 'stalking' that has been done here is and has been done by my (2) legal process serversThey have also attempted to serve his employeesAgain, Mr *** is AVOIDING legal service of the Civil suit I've filed against himThe outstanding question here is ...WHY would he do so if he truly felt he were in the right here
Secondly-'Threatening' The only threat I ever made to this awful attorney, was to sue himHis statement that he doesn't feel safe is truly inflammatory and absolutely baselessAs for 'threats to the judge'That's truly absurd!
Thirdly- 'He Won His Case': True ,but only after *** abandoned me and forced me to take on another attorney Pro-SeIt was on the strength of MY research and work into this case, as well as MY having obtained a critical document (that Mr *** refused to obtain)germane to the case- that I won
Fourthly- 'Unprofessional'WOW! The last time I looked, I was the client paying *** $300/hrCouple that idea that, when speaking to Mr ***, just about every other word out of his arrogant mouth- was an expletiveI dared to make a tongue in cheek reference at one time and ***, in his rush to run off with the fees he overcharged me, used that innocuous joke as a foundation for my 'unprofessional' conduct
Lastly- 'Agreed to Fees' *** held the brief he prepared -hostage until after he charged up his exorbitant feesHe told me the fees would exceed what I was defending against ONLY AFTER immediately exhausting my $retainer.I felt he was alluding to possibly a few hundred dollars over that amount, not SEVERAL THOUSAND*** forced me in to the commitment of throwing good money after bad without divulging just how catastrophic he would make his feesI agreed to pay him for his time and he clearly padded his hoursLet's keep in mind that *** REFUSED to arbitrate this fee dispute with the CO Bar AssociationHis 'so called 'No Charge' services he states are devoid of ANY corroboration as well as the hours he documented*** simply wrote down what he wanted and what he felt he could get away withHe capitalized on a very difficult situation I was in and kicked me when I was down
I will keep Mr Judes inflammatory and DEfamatory comments on the site as further evidence against him
As the Courts eventually will see the facts in this case, I pray the Revdex.com will as wellThis guy is exactly the paragon of what gives attorneys a societally bad reputation

1.) This client was terminated because of his conduct
2.) This client was provided every single statement showing our work
3.) The client was not only no charged for work, he was provided work AFTER we terminated the client
4.) He voluntarily paid the for the work
5.) The client filed a grievance against me for this work
6.) The office of attorney regulation here in Colorado wrote a (3) page letter to this clients complaint DENYING him and why
7.) I note this client never uploaded that letter, you should ask him for that letter for your review BEFORE you continue to feed this client what he wants which is to harass me

The client claims he is going to sue meThese threats, among many others I have documented in text and email, as well as my staff will show why unfortunately consumers like this client get your attention up front like he has...but at some point this debtor who claims to sue will not prevailAnd just like the case I had with him he will end up paying my attorney fee's because his allegations are merely to smudge me
9.) Once again ask the client for the letter that OARC sent him
10.) Ask this complaining client why he has to be restrained by a Court to protect others like me
11.) Ask this client why he was terminatedAmonng catching him making up a story he told in a text and an email, he threatened the Judge which for me was the final straw
11.) It is unfortunate that a person like this client constantly has conflict in his life and then creates stories and misinformation to get Revdex.com's attention as he has in this case

Once you read the letter denying this client and you read his text messages, and emails plus his other behavior and look at the facts you will understand he is nothing more than a malcontent that is not a person with any credibility but he succeeds in his on-going campaign of baseless allegations of which he detailed out in text and email messages as well
14.) Please ask him, this complaining client for the letter from OARC dated February 17, THEN, you will see an independent body that is overseen by the Colorado Supreme Court charged with overseeing attorneys licensed in this state

In this letter they deal with the facts that he presented and looked at all his allegations and DENIED himThen he once again made additional threats which is to annoy, harass, sue, and "he won't quit"this is why the Court placed Permanent Restraining Orders against this client, and he lacks credibility

-The COARC states that definitive proof of an attorney's misconduct must be providedI'm suing civilly in that preponderance of evidence is all they needDefinitive proof is VERY difficult when credibility is the central issue hereI'm satisfied that in a Civil court setting the preponderance of evidence will rule here
- Let's NOT forget that this attorney is RUNNING and actively avoiding process service, just as he REFUSED to arbitrate with the CO Bar AssociationHe KNOWS fully well that he's in the wrong here and he's simply not man enough to face itIF he truly felt he was in the right and justified here, he : A- Would have arbitrated this dispute B- Would accept service of the civil suit and defend his actions honorably
- This attorney is engaging in CLEAR defamatory language to attempt to clear himself here and I will use these writings in court against himBring on his 'attorneys fees' as I will seek punitive damages as well hereI'm quite confident that when he can no longer hide from this Civil action, I will prevail against he who is afraid to emerge from the shadows
- This attorney has SEVERAL others out there he has offended and taken advantage of and I have proofAllow me to quote only three beginnings to his reviews: (1) "*** *** is a Crook"(2) " Stay away from this money greedy A##hole.." (3) " Worst experience EVER"And the list of angry clients/potential clients goes on
- This attorney conveniently mentions a restraining order brought against me by another attorney HE DESPISES and is himself despised by; my opponent in this caseThat attorney was called out by me and he prevaricated to gain the orderMentioning this was yet another fabricated cheap shot by Mr ***
- TWO legal malpractice attorneys (have written proof) encouraged me to file the grievance against *** as they both agreed his fees were absurd and unethical*** also PRESSURED me to 'pay up' my legal fees with him before the hearing he was supposed to represent me atHe withdrew for but ONE REASON: He bled me dry of moneyAny other reasons he has intentionally inflamed, embellished, and outright fabricated to attempt to justify his unethical behavior
If , when brought to trial, Mr *** somehow escapes judgment, I will indeed cease and have spoken my peaceUntil then, Mr *** can keep running, but he will be found
I strenuously urge anyone reading this to stay away from this horrible excuse of both a man (in my opinion) and an attorneyThe Universe will ensure that *** pays the price for his abuse
