My elderly mother had come to visit and bought a ring at this store for a gift Upon returning home she discovered it would not work According to what is printed on the receipt and was told to her upon purchase, you have days to return if in original condition Being old and sick, my son and I returned the ring unopened, perfect condition, still gift wrapped as it left the store, within time frame She even contacted them the day before as she lost her credit card on that trip and had a new visa issued They said it was no problem Upon going in the next day with my son as a witness, they said the couldn't return it to her new card as is standard and no issue at every single other store in the country since like 1975!
