Enclosed is our check to refund the disputed bill by your client ***We assume you will forward it to themThe faucet in question is an old model 2-handle valve that should be replacedWe replaced the compression washers, but this is not a reliable or long lasting repair(See our
bill where replacement was advised.) This is probably a house 50-years old with original plumbingIt is not a modern cartridge style valveAt some point, plumbing just needs to be replaced! This client is either not willing or able to buy the proper and longer lasting replacement workPerhaps they will find another plumber who can repair their existing faucet and provide the long warranty they desire
