The apt they showed us was nice but when we moved in we were very disappointed! The previous renters must have been smokers because there was smoke stains running down the walls and ceilings, especially in the bathroom and next to the patio! The dishwasher never worked and the stove even leaked gas! So dangerous! We have a week old baby and had to move out because we are afraid of his life! The MANAGER constantly parked in my spot while I was pregnant so I had to park in the back and walkWhen I went into labor I had to wait for my sister to run all the way to the back, drive my car to my apt (my apt is literally steps from my spot so she would not have had to take so long if I had MY spot), THEN drive to the E.RLuckily I made it in time months after moving in they decided to change the roof in the whole complex and without notice, they towed/moved my car to make room for construction material! It took me two days to figure out they towed it to the other side of the apt complex! How rude!!! Also, my back patio AND front door were blocked by tarps, plaster, nails, etc; and there were things falling off the roof so I couldn't leave my apt because I was afraid I would get hit or my baby would get hit by the nails and plaster being thrown off the roof! I had to stay inside all day until my husband came home and made them move everything from my doorway!! One of the biggest things is they stole from me! I have had multiple packages delivered to the office and not received themThey said they are not responsible for lost/stolen packages delivered to the office! When we moved out they charged us fees to clean the carpet, pet fees, painting fees, wall cleaning fees, and many moreWe do not even have pets!!!! This is the worst thing I have ever gone through, and while being pregnant/Just had my newborn son! NEVER move here!!!!

When you have an issue in your apartment you have to remind the office several times for them to fix anythingEven after going in several times after about a month I had to threaten to call the health department for them to send someone within a couple days to fix a leak in my apartmentWhen they show you the apartment for show before signing a lease it is really niceOnce you move in it is not so niceUpon my movein day the walls were filthy and I had to mop the floors, I spent hours doing thisThe walls leak some kind of brownish yellow liquid in the bathroom*** one of the associates in the office is not politeWhen I went in to get a pool key because they failed to give me one upon move in she had an attitude and said I should have gotten one when I moved in and when I stated I didn't she asked me if I turned in my checklistShe is only friendly when there are new tenants being shown around or in the officePeople park in your parking spot and when you go to them all they do is give you a paper to put on the car and tell you if the same car does it again then they will have it towed.When you complain about the noise and excessive partiers in the complex they tell you to say something to whoever it is making the noise or to give them the apartment number or they can't do anything about itAlso don't complain about pet feces around the complex because they will not do anything about this eitherAlways make sure you confirm that they received your rent check because other wise they will say they didn't get it and stack late charges on your accountI would not recommend anyone to live hereIf you research them on google they have numerous complaints about mold, bed bugs, and roaches
