The unit was installed yrs ago It came with a r workmanship warranty and a yr parts warranty from the manufacturer His warranty with us has expired He needs to contact the manufacturer Each time he calls our office he is very unprofessional and always uses profanity I will not allow him to talk to my employees this way and do not want to deal with him in the future
