Eric stated the customer requested changes mid way through the installationEric is not a licensed electrician and does not install electrical outlets, which is what the customer was wanting to addIf the customer pays for the parts Eric is willing to work something out with him

We appreciate your feedback , and I am sorry you were not satisfied with your serviceAs far as the security camera installation is concerned, the job was complete and done professionally as promisedWe did write the customer a hand written receipt upon acceptance of the price and payment of the
depositWhen the job was completed, we did note the hand written receipt that final payment was madeWe will email a formal receipt, if thats what you request.I will make sure my office manager sends you a letter for your insuranceI was under the impression that this was already done, but apparently it was not completedYou will receive this informational letter within 48-hours. Note: This customer has a lawsuit pending with their neighbor and we were asked by the customer to get involved with their legal proceedingsMy insurance company and lawyer advised me against getting involved, and I feel like this customer is doing this to get back at me for refusing to talk with their lawyer

It is unreasonable to state at there is any retaliation and that reply is completely irrelevant. Nothing outside of a simple business practice was listed in this Revdex.com complaintIn addition, the promised reply was 48-hoursThis promised date has come and gone and I still do not have as requested1) A complete bill of sale to include the payment in full2) A document on company letterhead for my homeowners insurance of the purchase to include the purchase date, the surveillance system make, model, number of camera's and camera types. This was also agreed upon.I would also like to add for the record that did like the service and product I received from MaxBut to have go to this extreme to get basic business documents surprises me

We were hired by Mr*** to install a camera system at his residenceThe installation went well, and we did configure the dvr for remote viewing, and demonstrated the streaming video on my Android phoneMr*** did not have an Android phone of his own for us to set up We feel the
installation was completed to the customers satisfaction, and the customer paid us in full upon completionThere was an issue streaming cameras on the customers home pcHe had a generic version of antivirus software, and we were concerned that this was causing issues with the active x controls we attempted to downloadWe normally do not provide troubleshooting of the customers personal computer issues Also, Mr*** wanted to have a tablet set up with the camera app, but had not yet purchased itI did offer to come back at a later date to configure his tablet, although I said it would be at our convenience when we were in the areaI was providing this as a free service, as a favor to the customer.To resolve this issue, we are willing to provide this customer with FLIR technical supportThey will log in to his computer and fix any issues that may be causing his problemsAlso, we will reach out to Mr*** and see if we can come up with a date to configure his tabletWe have not been in the Greenwood area in quite a while, but are willing to make a special trip out to satisfy the customer.Eric ** ***Max Video Systems

We did send a Letter on company letterhead showing paid in fullI will provide a more detailed bill if that is what they wantNote: We did provide a hand written bill of sale on site as well Also, the emailed receipt stated that we installed a surveillance camera system at the noted address I will modify the letter we have previously sent to show the make and model of equipment, if that is what they request
