Review: I purchased a vest for my PTSD Service Dog. It has been over three weeks with no delivery. I have trying to contact this company for 16 days without any responses. I cannot leave my house with my dog without her vest. Her previous vest is too small for her now thus the need to purchase a bigger one. I want either the vest or my money back. This company has taken advantage me and should not be in business.Desired Settlement: I want my money back at this time.
Review: I placed an order on line almost three weeks ago and have not received my order. My bank account was charged for the amount of the order. I have tried to contact their customer service via e-mail and phone and still have not received a response. I have e-mailed them twice because their web site says to do so. I e-mailed them once on the 7th and again today which is the 11th. I also called them this morning and was not able to talk to a real person. I was directed to a voice mail. Something is not right here since almost $ 90 was taken out of my bank account and no order was received.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund if I am not going to receive my order. Otherwise they can just send me my order.
Review: I placed and order with this company on 11/26/2014. The product was charged to my credit card and paid for. The product has not been delivered. I have made numerous attempts to reach the business. I have left messages and sent emails. There has been no response to date on when the product will ship. This message is on their website: "Announcement Please be advised. I am unavailable by phone most days. I have also recently discovered that I am not getting all voice mails. Please EMAIL Me if you have an urgent issue. I really appreciate your patience. We live in a rural area, and we have found out that we are currently a victim of something called the Rural Call Completion. I am working to get all my clients taken care of. Thank you for your patience." I left a message on voice mail, and email, that if I had not received the product and/or received a phone call that I would be filing a complaint with the Revdex.com. Still not response. This is very unprofessional. I may attempt to have my credit card company check in to the matter as well. Thank you!Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund. I have moved on and order the product from another company.
