Review: I ordered an agility tunnel for my dog from this internet store for $217.54 and paid for it with my debit card on 1/8/13 in full.

When I received the tunnel, it was of poor quality so I returned it at my cost of $32.05 which was the company policy which I had no problem with. It was sent UPS on 1/22/13 (one day after I spoke to [redacted] about returning it.) After patiently waiting til May of 2013 (which I regret) I called [redacted] and told her I had not recieved a refund. She said she had issued one. When I asked for details such as date or account number she had none. Then she said she would look into it and call me back. I hung up and then realized that she did not have my phone number. When I called back to ask her if she wanted my phone number she hung up on me. I never heard from her again. I rechecked my bank records and had my assisistant double check to make sure I was not missing anything (more wasted money and time). Of course she had not refunded it and has never called me back with the details as she promised. I waited patiently again and of course no payment. When I called my bank they said it was too late to get a credit back. So I am out almost $250 and she has my tunnel!Desired Settlement: Refund now as [redacted] promised. You have my tunnel AND my money now.

Unfortunately sometimes you have customers that cannot be satisfied.

Review: There are multiple issue I have with this company. First, I ordered 2 products for a total of $136 on Sept. 19th and today is Sept. 30th and I still have no clue where is my package. Second the woman who answers the customer service phone number is extremely rude stating "Your package is coming" and hangs up the phone on me. She does not answer my calls...I had to call over 100 times and I believe it's a cell phone that is blocking my calls. I just want to know where my product is? Third, My order was not itemized and is missing a product. It only has [redacted] item but the total was $136. I ordered a collar and a ball for my dogs. Lastly, I have spent my had earned money and feel that I have been ripped off. This company seems to not operate efficiently and should be taken down off of the internet and not be allowed to treat someone else this way.Desired Settlement: Return my funds and shut this business down. They do not operate like a legitimate business. No clue of deliver of product, poor customer service, No anything, I feel like I have been robbed!

My recent complaint has been solved. The company sent my package but I think you should look into them further. If I were not able to file a complaint formally this company could care less about there customers.
