We initially received ***'s complaint via FacebookI had the pleasure of speaking with [redacted] on 6/19/She advised me that she has had issues with the bike, so much so, that she went ahead and purchased a new oneOur return policy is daysHowever, as a courtesy, I asked [redacted] if she could ship the bike to us as is and we will refund her $(minus $for restocking and shipping)We are in the process of shipping her an empty box and return label.? ? Good afternoonWe reviewed our records and the customer had also contacted us the day he filed the complainthe issue has already been fixed and you can contact the customer to confirmIll explain in detailWe sell our ebikes via online store and dealer storefrontOur dealers hava contract in which they need to give full service and support to the customers as when they choose a store is because they dont know too much about ebikes/bicycles and would prefer someone to maintain the bikeHuman Electric Hybrids [redacted] bought several bikes and kept them storedAfter several months our comany increased in marketing and size so a surge of customers looking for our bikes appeared and some dealers like HEH had floor (used) models and bikes in storage without the proper battery maintenanceThey sold the bikes to a couple of customers without letting us know ( or the customer) that they were an old version and lacked battery maintenanceThen after a couple of weeks the battery would not perform as it should, so when the customer returned to HEH they told them they couldnt do anything as that had to be fixed with JuicedBikes and proceed to sell the customer a spare battery ( an extra USD)This of course upset our customer and went on to file the complaintThen he contacted us and we inmediately knew what the issue with his battery was based on his description, so we sent a new replacement ( with an upgrade as the original battery we didnt even had as an offered product due to its age) and invited him to go and return the second pack to HEH for a full refund.Feel free to confirm with Mr [redacted] that we have done our best in order to get him a working product even when the issue points to a dealer and product mismanagementWe act like this because we want the name of our comapny to reflect who we really are, not the storefronts that might got some of our product Beforehand thank you for your time Regards
