Promise has paid almost $13,000 to for table top units and received nothing, nor a response from with any suggestions on how to resolve.
Promise Inc., a Florida non-profit that serves adults with disabilities and is planning to open a cafe, signed an agreement with Juke Slot in Bessemer, AL in 2017. Feb 23, 2018 Promise paid Juke Slot $5,009 and a financing company paid them the balance for the table top POS units. We have never received the items and asked to be released from the agreement and for Juke Slot to return the money to the financing company. The financing company, ***, still wants their monthly payments and is threatening to sue us. We are a small non profit and do not have the financial means to pay over $28,000 and receive nothing.
The people who made this decision no longer work for the non profit. Juke Slot has been reached out via email at least 10 times starting in Jan 2019 through June 2019 asking for a resolution and non have been provided. Several phones calls were also made to sales person, ***, and main office and we could never talk to a person.
Original contract states in section 7.a. Either party may terminate this Agreement if the other party is in breach of the Agreement and fails to cure such breach within ten (10) days after receiving written notice of the breach from the non-breaching party.
Juke Slot claims they have tried to deliver the units, but I have been here since June 2018 and have no knowledge of their attempt to deliver. This cafe is still under construction and has taken much longer than anticipated.
Between Sept 2018-June 2019 Promise has paid the finance company, ***, $7,705.55.

Desired Outcome

Juke Slot to return money received to Marlin Leasing finance company. Release Promise from its contract and a portion of money returned to Promise. We do not want the table top units.

Juke entered into a agreement with Promise in *** and attempted to deliver equipment many times in which we were told the cafeteria in which the equipment is being placed in is under construction. During this time Juke not only prepared equipment based on Promise request and purchas but also paid the finance company Marlin Bank a substantial amount of money on behalf of Promise in *** with the intent to recover the money from Promise after delivery. After 1 year of placing the order a new staff has entered the business on behalf of Promise in *** and the cafeteria is still not complete. The new staffhas notified Juke that they no longer want the system and would like a full refund. They also have told Juke we will not be allowed to recover any money paid on their behalf as well as any money invested in preparing system.

This company is run out of UPS post box. I have contacted this company to install table side ordering tablets. They requested 1200 deposit with 30 days money back guaranty if the product does not meet the advertised standards. I have been trying to recover my deposit since two month not. Because their equipment does not work as advertised. The sales manager *** has been previously arrested for counterfeit sales of cigars. He then started next company, Game Evolution International, which declared bankruptcy a year later. Now he is operating this new scam company, collecting deposits for faulty equipment. I have contacted him many times to get my deposit back, to no avail. To attract more victims they made a press release with false statements using both my name and my business name. they are praying on small businesses. *** tried to get me involved in his scam promising me 1000 dollar for every new customer sign up for his fraudulent equipment. I refused after discovering it was all scam and lie. but there is a restaurant in *** '***? and '***? in *** that is cashing on this scam by providing false reference, they did so with me. *** and his wife *** are dangerous con artists and scammers. I have signed contract reaffirming return of my deposit as well as contract to be their reseller. I refused to promote the fraudulent product. I am Swedish and really upset, it is not only about the 1200 but more about the fraud thy are conducting and laughing at my and many other mom and pop shops. I have all necessary e-mails, text messages and signed contracts. Please help me to stop those criminals to hurt more people. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me. I realize this message is very chaotic, but every reference on their website is fake. There is not a one restaurant where their equipment is installed and working as advertised. It is all scam and fraud. What I understand they are now trying to sign up customers from Australia. On their website you can find dots with 'customers? all over the world. They do not exist. It's all scam. I contacted the financing Company *** to stop payment for the 26 faulty tablets, many other small mom and pop restaurant are not aware of the nature of their scam, which Is to collect money from financing companies, as much as they can, when they get what they want they will declare bankruptcy leaving all those innocent people with useless equipment and 3 years payments.

Desired Outcome

Refund Return the deposit. Remove my and my company's name from misleading and false press release and as a reference. Refund my deposit. Mark the company as a scammer and fraud. If possible make sure they do not harm more innocent people.

Juke Slot company objective is to provide automated technology to various industries with a focus industry being the restaurant and hospitality industry. In doing so Juke Slot team has a long list of valued customers specifically in the restaurant industry in which we have successfully provided a turn key self ordering kiosk solution, implementing the customers restaurant menu. Recently *** ( complaint customer) requested our services in assistance to improve her restaurant operation. In doing, so Juke Slot spent a substantial amount of resources in perfecting the complaint customer system and software. Based on the agreement the 30 day period expired and customer later requested a refund. Although the 30 day period expired Juke Slot team agreed to refund the total amount paid which equals $1,200.00 upon receiving the equipment. Juke Slot submitted a *** return shipping label to customer to return all equipment in steps to refund money. Customer has yet to-date return equipment. Customer refuses to communicate and return equipment. As soon as customer returns equipment Juke Slot will gladly refund money. We have emails and shipping labels from UPS as evidence and available upon request.

No, the response is not satisfactory. The companies is trying to derail the breach of the contract. As I was trying to explain. The company refuses to return my deposit for equipment they never delivered. I could possibly never go past 30 days of the trial period, because the equipment was never delivered in the first place. My request for refund sustain. Please read the Agreement and ask JukeSlot for documentation. Out of the blue theysent me ONE faulty tablet I never asked for to promote it in *** But since the product did not work as advertised I refused to have any further dealings. I will be more then happy to return this toy but since I never asked for it in the first place I am not going to pay for the shipment.

Juke Slot team has attempted several times to contact *** via emai and via phone. We have attempted to email *** a return shipping label and prepared to provide refund. Please let us know what can be done to resolve this matter?

I want my deposit back, as per initial agreement. The returning label for the unwanted and useless tablet, has nothing to do with the returning of my deposit. It's their new trick to fraudulently keep my money. As said, I want my money back as per agreement.
