Review: I went into Juldecor furnishings on 3/**/14 to purchase a floor lamp for $75.00. I made the purchase and the salesman said the lamp will be in a week later. I returned on 3/**/14 to pickup my lamp and the owner told me he could not find my lamp. He looked around his office like he was trying to find the paperwork. He came out with a sales order and said someone picked up the lamp. I told him I did not pick up the lamp and where is my lamp. He said the work order is suppose to have a signature and it did not. He said he would talk to the salesperson and come back next week I will have your lamp. I returned on 3/**/14 the owner said oh you are here for your lamp. He went to the back to look for the lamp and came back out and made a phone call. He said he was talking to his delivery people. He said the lamp was on the back of the truck. I said just give me back my money. I said this is too much trouble for the lamp. I gave him my card and he said he ran it to refund my money. I asked him where is my receipt for the refund and he said the machine messed up but it went through. He said in two days your money will be in your account. I told him to give me a copy of my work order. I checked my account and my refund was not there.Desired Settlement: I would like my $75.00 returned to my account as soon as possible.
