Julep Columbus

On Julep's menu, it is clearly stated: "Happy Hour. Mon - Fri 4pm-8pm. $3 all beer. $3 wells"
I was there on a Thursday afternoon, during those times, having some drinks. When I ordered my second beer at 7:50 pm, I explicitly told the server "I would like one more round before happy hour ends". When I finished my drink and asked for the check, I was expecting a check amount of $6, as I had had two beers. But, to my surprise, the check amount was $14. I pointed this out to our server and she said that they do not do happy hour prices, regardless of what the menu says and that she couldn't do anything about it. When I asked to speak with a manager, she said there was no manager available, but the owner was there. He was sitting a couple of tables over from us, eating and drinking with other people. He made no attempt to come over and talk to us but instead sent the server back and she told us the only thing she could do was give us a free shot, but the bill amount would not be changed. I did not want any free drink, I only wanted to pay the advertised amount for my drinks. After that, the bouncer came over to our table and told us we had to either pay the bill or leave. I had no desire to not pay my bill at all, so I left $10 cash, which was all the cash I had on me.
I find it outrageous that this establishment has a clearly advertised happy hour, which they are perfectly aware of, and use it to trick customers into buying drinks and then charging them more than what is expected.
