I am rejecting this response because:Although a KRK representative came by our house with a warranty claim form to sign, they have not been following up on the status of such The "email chain" they provided is one I had forwarded to KRK staff inquiring on a status and how will they be taking care of the issue They deleted the portion where I asked them how to proceed and haven't since received a response from KRK office As you may have noticed, the *** *** representative mentions that some of the issues are due to poor workmanship and should've been addressed within one year of the sale which we did notify KRK KRK did not take care of the issue back then and now they're just walking away by leaving it all up to the *** *** It should be them following up with *** on the status of the claim and not the us the buyers It took KRK four years and a complaint to Revdex.com for them to tell me that *** *** should take Care of the deficiencies at our house Please note these deficiencies were reported to multiple KRK staff in various occasions; these are not new When Mr***, KRK construction supervisor came by our house with the firm to sign he mentioned they would be following up the case closely which is a lie They are not providing documentation where it shows they're in contact with the warrantyAs mentioned before, not all the issues pertain to *** as some are due to poor workmanship and have not been addressed by the builder
