On May 6th, I met with [redacted] to take pictures of her son [redacted] and I met through a mutual friend that recommended me knowing that I do this for a hobby ( I do not have a business)This was a verbal agreement between [redacted] and I, no contract was signedThis was to be a session with her son which would include 20-images on a flash drive that I would mail to her when completed for $She was given an approx turn around of weeks for that amount of portraitsAt the end of the shoot [redacted] asked that I also take pictures of her sick dog, which I agreed to, at no extra chargeLater, I received a message from [redacted] requesting not the first agreed upon amt of 20-images, but ALL images from that sessionI agreed, again at no extra cost, but explained to [redacted] that turn around time would be longer due the hundreds of images takenDuring the next weeks I received several messages from [redacted] in which I asked for her patience and reassured her she would receive her images as soon as they were completedSince this complaint as been made, [redacted] has been emailed as well as mailed (on a flash drive with print release) hundreds of images of not only her son, but of her and her dog as wellI hope [redacted] is happy with her imagesI am working hard to improve my turn around time as this did take me months...not

son which would include 20-25 images on a flash drive that I would mail to her when completed for $200. She was given an approx turn around of 4 weeks for that amount of portraits. At the end of the shoot [redacted] asked that I also take pictures of her sick dog, which I agreed to, at no extra charge. Later, I received a message from [redacted] requesting not the first agreed upon amt of 20-25 images, but ALL images from that session. I agreed, again at no extra cost, but explained to [redacted] that turn around time would be longer due the hundreds of images taken. I hope [redacted] is happy with her images. I am working hard to improve my turn around time as this did take me 5 months...not 7.
