Hi [redacted] ! I am so sorry about the unfortunate event that occurred on your daughter's wedding dayAs I informed you before, I was told minutes before the ceremony that I had to stand in very certain spots and that if I moved to where I needed to stand to capture the shot of her coming down the isle, that the ceremony would be abruptly stoppedOf course I wanted to tell the bride, my client, to see what I could do, but the ceremony started before I could make any decisions or converse with ***Again, I was informed of these rules minutes before the ceremony began and I had no idea what to do, also because this was one of my first times recording a wedding I hoped for the bestWe unfortunately did miss the shot of [redacted] coming down the isle with her father and for that I am deeply sorry and feel horribly that it is a moment that was missedI think about it often and I hope it never happens again for a clientThe part about me mentioning the contract in our emails simply was me informing you that in my recently updated contract I have a section stating that if events occur or rules pop up that I was not informed of that it it not my fault if a shot is missedBecause unfortunately sometimes it does happen! As for the other complaints of the footage, what was given to the couple was what was ordered and payed forThey purchased a Silver package that was a long linear montage, ceremony coverage, & reception formalitiesWhich my clients, [redacted] & [redacted] , received ALL of this footageIf the complaint is that the footage is too short - I ensure you that I fully inform EACH of my clients that the footage that they receive is of the events that occurI can not make up footage, I can not make a speech longer, I can not make the father daughter dance longer, etcAlso the couple did not request extra footage such as raw dancing or a congratulations segmentWhat they requested is exactly what they receivedI do want to make this better, but unfortunately I can not do that by providing you more footage because it was not agreed upon per the contractI believe I have been extremely compassionate and caring about this entire situationI called you and spoke with you on the phone for about a half an hour when you were very upset about the missing isle shotI searched through the footage for hours in hopes to send you more, but there was nothing more I could send you because I sent nearly everything that we shot and [redacted] & [redacted] did NOT request any extra footage, which I would have gladly shot on the day of if I knew they wanted it! I am willing to offer your family a free Holiday Photo SessionUnfortunately I can not give you a refund you because the service was already provided along with the final productMany hours and care went into all of the work I provided, including the 8+ hour work day for workersAgain I am so truly sorry that this happened, I am upset with myself for not being able to capture this momentI hope that you can forgive me for this incident and understand that at this time I was very new to videoing and especially in a Catholic church with rules I was unaware ofThank you for your time & God bless!

Hi [redacted],The photo session is COMPLETELY free of charge. It is a 1 hour session to be shot outdoors at the location of your choosing (I can suggest some awesome locations if you like). I provide you a USB of all the photos for you to have within a week of shooting. No water-mark, no extra charge for photos, USB, or the rights.
