To Whom It May Concern:In reference to Revdex.com Complaint ID ***, former patient *** *** date of birth 11/**/**, whom I last saw on **/17/19. I have taken him out of collections and have removed the balance owed for the last no show appointment of six for $**5.00. It is note worthy
that I didn't charge him for the previous six no shows. My computer also calls the patient on the day before their appointment and sends them a text message to remind them of their appointment.
