Review: To Whom It May Concern: I need help. I delivered my washing machine to Julian Maytag Home Appliance Center on 5/17/13 because something was wrong with it. Seven-weeks later, despite several follow-up calls and visits, by me, Julian Maytag Home Appliance Center has yet to give me a diagnosis, cost, or even feedback. See below for the unfortunate timeline of events:-5/7/13: I delivered the washing machine to Julian Maytag Home Appliance Center. I requested a diagnosis and cost to repair from them before they proceeded with any repairs. The employees Julian Maytag Home Appliance Center promised to call me with the requested information.-5/14/13: No call from Julian Maytag Home Appliance Center yet. I called to request a status update on my washing machine. I was told they had not had time to look at it. They promised me they would look at it by the end of the week (5/16 or 5/17) and then give me a call.-5/21/13: No call from Julian Maytag Home Appliance Center yet. I called again to request a status update on my washing machine. I was told the service man was not in yet. I was promised a call from the service man when he got in later that day. I reconfirmed that they had my phone number and the correct phone number.-6/4/13. No call from Julian Maytag Home Appliance Center yet. I stopped in and respectfully stated that they have had my washing machine for a month and I needed feedback on the status. I was told there have been a lot of emergencies and that is why I havent heard from them. I was then promised yet another phone call by end of day with a status update on my washing machine.-6/11/13: No call from Julian Maytag Home Appliance Center yet. I called again requesting status and I stated I have given them reasonable time to give a diagnosis on my machine. I also stated that the cost I having been accruing driving to the laundry mat and paying to have my cloths wash could have been applied to the repair cost of the washing machine or the cost of buying another washing machine. I was told a part was on order. No other details were available because the service man was not in. I was promised a phone call when he got in.-6/18/13: No call from Julian Maytag Home Appliance Center yet. I called again requesting information on the status of my washing machine. I was told the part was put in and something still was not right with it. No other details, i.e., cost, were available because the repair man was not in. In short, Julian Maytag Home Appliance Center has not contacted me six-weeks. They repeated promised to call me numerous times and never did. I have a $145 in gas and laundry mat expenses accumulated due to Julian Maytag Home Appliance Center leaving me in limbo.
