Review: I purchased a product from this company. I decided that I wanted a refund. I have used the sites help desk to request a refund no response. I have phoned the companies hotline no response. Upon checking my credit card statement I have been billed for something that I have not authorized. I was not told up front in advertising that this additional and significant billing was going to occur. once I learned off this automatic billing I found there is only one way to stop the automatic billing which is to use the help desk,of which I have not had a response. I have also been billed before the trial period of 14 days elapsed. I have tried to contact this company by numerous email adresses and phone numbers to get an answer with no response. This automatic billing is set to go for 6 months and will cost me large amounts of money of which I cannot afford nor did I specifically authorize over and above the orignal purchase.Desired Settlement: Refund for the original product. refund of the automatic billing which I did not authorize nor know about before I purchased the product. and an immediate cease to all further billing

At this time, my complaint, ID [redacted] regarding Julianfoxx.com has been resolved. I worked through my bank to contact the merchants bank and I have been refunded. However no communication from the merchant to me has occurred.

Review: [redacted] offered a 14 day trial, 100% money back guarantee if not satisfied, on his Supernatural (personal improvement) program. Base program was $69.00. If not canceled there would be a $24.95 per week fee billed every 4 weeks at $99.00. I accepted the trial on 1/*/2015. They drew the $69.00 out on 1/**/2015. Their cancellation policy said they had to be notified on the [redacted] day after signing up, and I called them on 1/**/2015 to cancel. The gal said someone would get a hold of me to take care of it. I have heard nothing! On 1/**/2015 they took the $99.00 for the program that I had just cancelled. Now I get no responses. In the fine print it said I had to return the CD that was sent, and I would but they will not give me what address to send it to. I get no help. I shut down my card that they were drawing on so they could not draw anymore. I want my $168.00 back and I never want to see or hear from that business again.Desired Settlement: $69.00 refund and the $99.00 refund for a total of $168.00 refund. They need to find a secure way to get it to me as I had to close out the card they charged me on so they would not take anymore.

Review: The vendor julianfoxx.com and julian foxx training academy has not provided a full product refund for its Supernatural Product. I have emailed the vendor various times, submitted an online support ticket, call their ###-###-#### phone number, and have received no response. I have submitted many request for a full product refund within their online 14 day 100% No risk money back Guarantee!It's been over a month and have not receive one response to my request for a full product refund.Instead their toll free phone has been disconnected, my various emails have bounce back and am starting to feel that I have been scammed out my money.Desired Settlement: I simply want a full product refund from their supernatural product.
