I am a patient of Dr. [redacted], and have been since 2009. I went in to have a check up visit with the Dr. on 9/21/2011, and was billed as a new patient. When I questioned his office staff, one of his employees confirmed that I was already a patient, and should not be billed as one. She then had me wait for almost an hour only to bill me as a new patient, because they said that their previous office staff had been fired. I continued to protest, however they would not listen. They ripped me off, as I should only have paid $65.00, and not $125.00, because even they know that I am a return patient. I am demanding that they return the extra $60.00 that they stole from me. That is wrong, and not an example of good business ethics.
