Yes we unlocked their phone, and they used it for a month on T-Mobile service, then they bought a new different phone and they came back to us to buy their phone or give them money back for the unlock after a month!!, so we weren't interested to buy their phone, and we told them we can not refund them for the service they did because the service was scsessfully done, also we never collect money from the customers before they make sure everything were doneI do have all that recorded by the cameras, we have never done any customers wrong, we always make sure the customer is satisfied before they walk out the door.thanx

Sorry we can not refund any service was perfectly done, that's the only solution I have for you to come to the store to double check your phone, even tho I know your phone is working perfect thanx

I did not purchase a new phone as suggested. We went back to using the old phone we had because the new one no longer worked. I went into the store a total of 5 times in the process of trying to get the phone unlocked. Prior to the purchase, I was assured that he could unlock it and make it work for T Mobile. If there was any doubt, I should have been informed from the get go. I was also informed that they guarantee their work. Once it didn't work anymore, the guarantee was "unheard of". The man behind the counter was extremely rude in telling me it is my problem now and they don't do refunds. He also informed me he would not give me his name. He screamed at me to get out of his store and continued to yell and was even calling the police on me! I was crying as I left the store. His behavior was absolutely ridiculous and I don't care how he treats people outside of work, this is supposed to be a business, and I will not accept being treated like this. I will not give up until my issue is resolved and I am refunded for the service that I paid for and did not receive.
