I was able to address [redacted] ’s concerns around Her PACE loan After hearing her description of the issue, we were able to come to the following terms1- Vwill reimburse the [redacted] s the some of $to help offset the property tax due2- Vwill do an extensive training around the PACE program for out outside representatives as a refresher

Talked with Mrs[redacted] about her concern, after taking the time to explain what had happened, she now understands exactly what is going on with her accountI gave her the number to [redacted] and explained that this is the agency that would answer any questions around billing and Vwould take care of any service related issues with the solar systemShe stated that she will respond that this issue is now resolvedI also provided our company contact information

I am rejecting this response because: Both times that someone has tried to contact me it has been a different personThey call my phone while I am at work and leave a message stating they are working on it and trying to get information from *** and *** and will contact me after they get my property tax information from themI have called the number left and each time it goes straight to a voicemail boxI leave a message, but no one has returned by callThe information they requested was sent to *** and *** (their employees) and I know they have it because *** responded that he received the information and that they “have our backs and will get this figured out” when they realized the information they quoted to us was wrong we started getting passed around to other employees(never the same one)

I am rejecting this response because: it’s a bunch of double talk! I have spent hours trying to speak to someone at Kilowat fonancial but get stuck in a loop I have no idea where to go from here!

We have attempted to research this matter on our end to hopefully shed some light on the situationWe apologize if we caused any confusionThe customer did sign for a solar system financed through *** ***This financier holds an agreement with the customer that arranges only for payment
of the power produced by the panels- not for the solar equipment itselfWe are not aware of any "solar for seniors"-type program, we do not sell anything under that name or structureWhile we cannot speak to what what said at the time of the initial meeting with the customer and the sales rep, we certainly do not want any customer to be confused or misled about what we doWe are a solar sales and installation company, and we are partnered with different financing products to accommodate homeowners depending on their individual situation and qualificationsSome homeowners will outright purchase the equipment, and some will just "pay as they go", meaning they only buy the power, much like paying for electricity to the utility companyIn this case, the customer went with the latter option, and did not purchase the systemThe solar system on her home is owned by the financing company, and is therefore monitored, maintained and insured by themThe customer simply has to pay for the power it produces, which is less expensive than what the utility company charges for powerWe do not show that we have spoken to the customer directly since her project's final completion in June, but we would be happy to speak with her over the phone to further clarify everything if neededWe apologize for any undue headache or concern
