AFTER YEARS OF MARRIAGE, my husband wanted to add something to my fairly nice collection of jewelry, knowing that, "MY wedding ring," had belonged to his GREAT grandmother (the center stone,) and will be passed down to the only girl in the family We have eight grandchildren and just are girls So, the ring arrived in a rather large box with everything a gentleman would need to prepare a surprise for his lady It is a gorgeous carat white gold, carat clear diamond with some emerald accent on each side Prongs allow it to sit a little high, which brings out the "bling." I imagine that there would be places where people would be absolutely thrilled to have this as their forever ring We, however, have had the good fortune (in our VERY small farm community,) to have had a 3rd and 4th generation of jewelers who have made all of the jewelry I currently wear, but they are soon retiring :( Such is the end of completely trustworthy and incredible pieces made just for each customer- NO two pieces look alike After looking at a few Jewelers by driving into Berkeley, Walnut Creek and Pleasanton, CALIFORNIA, I noticed the ring I purchased was just a little bigger than my custom made ring- and a square cut rather than an oval To describe it: Go to the top and type in the item # (fastest way to find it.) [redacted] , or " carat Emerald Cut white Sapphire w/Emerald side stones Rhodium, Plated Sterling, White Gold Silver Women's RingTotal small diamond-ettes ( very small ) Center stone carat, square I wore it out today with a fresh manicure on left hand and got compliments while at the CVS checker and a group of older women at the Barnes and Noble When they asked the occasion I told that it was a complete surprise for our 35th Anniversary Not one iota of a thought on their part that it was anything but what COSTCO would sell for $22, I bought a size ( on a guess ) which I would not recommend , but I got lucky and it is a perfect fit on both ring fingersWhen out in sunlight, it is just as gorgeous as my own wedding ring which is just carat yellow gold and a beautiful and sentimental ring Lab created stones have come a LONG WAY since I looked at them years ago Because I am not allowed to travel without hubby with my wedding ring, he joked that now he has to worry that someone will just cut my finger off for this one I did call, having forgotten to put in the code for a discount, waited two minutes on a Tuesday mid-day, and the gal was spot on-rings run true to size in our area The velvet bag, small ring box and gift box would make this even more special and were we a young couple with a choice of a $20,wedding ring and band for hubby, VS down payment on a home, this is a grand substituteAnd should anyone rude enough to ask if the ring is real, one simply responds that this is a rather personal question, followed with, "why is it you ask," and divert conversation So, MY VERY FIRST entry into the very much improved faux market, at $I plan to look for other jewelry I was treated quite nicely when I called to see if I could get the discount that I had not understood how to key, and it was credited to my VISA in days, also there was some secret sale going on, further reducing the price I could not be happier and now I can have something new for almost nothing It arrived in business days and, I would highly recommend this particular ring for quality, clarity, beautiful and blinding sparkle in sunlight and it makes you feel like you are very special! ALSO, I have jewelry made or reset to save money Because we live in a VERY small farm community I will bet I never see this on anyone else First because I will not volunteer any information, and friends will assume our long time friends made it THIS IS A GREAT VALUE- I look forward to shopping there again (after I get dental crown done in January :( [redacted]

Review: Purchased diamond earrings from there website and never received a tracking number. Tried to contact them trough email and phone calls and they will not return calls or even answer the phone. No email response, refund, nothing. Had to do a chargeback with the bank.Desired Settlement: Would of liked to receive the product on time for my girlfriends birthday. Very disappointing....

Review: A ring that I purchased is not even close to what they say it is as this is the third timr I have had troubld with it and I took it to a local jewler and they can attest that its quality is no where near what julias claims as I purchased this new. now they do not answer their phones and the ring has a lifetime warrantyDesired Settlement: Full refund and the owners business license revoked

Review: I purchased an engagement ring from this company and the stone fell out of the ring. I was instructed to send a check or money order for $100 and the ring for service. The ring was sent on 2/**/14 to [redacted]. I was given the tracking number [redacted] by the USPS and the package was delivered 2/**/14 @ 1:34pm and [redacted] signed for the package and check # [redacted] for $100 was cashed on 2/**/14. I have unsuccessfully tried to contact this company through email, phone and [redacted]. I have since contacted the Charles County police department and the postal service [redacted].Desired Settlement: I would like to receive my ring with the original diamonds or a total refund of my money.
