I have been a loyal customer with The Jackson LeBlanc Agency for 2 years, renewing my policy with a Auto policy with Travelers. On last year 2019, I received a check from Travelers stating that I had been quoted too high for a 6 month policy ($1686) and was due a refund. It is now time for me to renew my policy and Julie LeBlanc has mailed me a policy quote of $1833 which yes, is even higher from last year policy. I have NO tickets/Driving Violations, NO Accidents on my driving record so there is NO reason for a spike in my policy especially if Travelers has already made proof of by sending me a $600 check, I'm paying too much for car insurance! I contacted Julie and asked her why am I paying way more than I've paid and NOTHING has changed on my driving record. In fact I have now a daughter in college in which I should be due a discount. I'm not sure where she's pulling these numbers from and she hasn't even asked me if anything in my life has changed to where I could be getting further discounts. She has then sent me quotes from other car insurance companies that the quote is as high as 10k and suggested I PAY IN FULL!! I feel like she's taking advantage of me and should be reported so this wouldn't happen to anyone else.

Billing Adjustment I would like the Jackson LeBlanc agency to honor the policy quote that I SHOULD be receiving from Travelers from the. Judging from the refund that I received from Travelers in the amount of $600 my policy shouldn't be anymore than about $1100-1200. I do not want to switch policy holders as she has sent quotes from other providers. I'm a loyal customer and like to keep the company I've had for the last 2 years.
Insurance Agencies provide the Insurance Company renewal quote to the customer along with other available Insurance Company quotes for the insured to compare. The Insurance Company determines the premium, not the Agent. The insured has the option with each Insurance Company to decide which available payment plan works better for them.
