My son bought a boxer from [redacted] a little over eight years ago He bought the dog as a companion dog because [redacted] did not feel the litter was up to professional standards He signed that he would be responsible and have his dog neutered, which he did [redacted] gave him all kinds of information regarding boxers, and has been willing to answers questions at any time She cares deeply about each puppy she breeds, and is diligent to breed responsibly My son's dog is the healthiest dog we have ever had He has the most gentle, loving temperament Whenever we are out, we always get comments about what a beautiful dog he is He has informally served as a therapy dog We think he is the most perfect dog in the world I cannot recommend [redacted] highly enough

On Friday, March 6, 2015, at approximately 1:pm, a lawn tech employed by the Scott's Lawn Service of Corpus Christi, TXarrived at our residence to perform the scheduled fertilization of our lawn as they have done for the last several years Again, a new tech arrived, approximately one in as many treatments, and proceeded to apply the chemicals As I watched from the rear window, the tech did a incomplete spreading of the chemical and proceeded to leave the rear yard area My wife exited the front to inform him that he had missed a large part of the area and observed him standing on the side of the house at the back access gate, urinating on our residence and gate area When confronted by my wife, who was quite upset, he stated that he is from Alabama When asked as to why he didn't request to use the powder room, he stated that company policy forbids it Our residence is approximately to minutes from several service stations as well as fast food locations that have public restrooms I contacted the local franchise office and the office supervisor, Susan, did not seem overly concerned As of this time, 3-9-at 2:pm, I have yet to hear back from the franchise owner, Trent Hoffman, with either an apology or a resolution for this issue I did inform the company supervisor, Susan, that I no longer wish to have their services performed at my residence
