I have seen the cat once a year over the last three yearsI shaved the cat 7/17/I had not seen the cat in almost three years the cat was very mattedThe cat was not happy with the procedureWhen they picked the cat up she was put in the carrier and we had no signs of injuryI had heard from
the owner later that nightThe cats behavior was the same as when she had been here priorIt was very difficult to deal with the cat and I did have other helpers there with meI did refund her the grooming costs and I am in still in the process of dealing with the Insurance companyI can pay the consumers mother but I do need her name and addressI should be able to refund her within two weeksPlease let me know the name and address of where the check needs to be sent
